This blog is about the internet and the web— their future, their history, and their present. What they are, how they came to be how they are today, and where they are heading in the future.

I’m currently jumping between themes at the moment, so please bear with me.

Because my writing style here is quite unconstrained, the design uses a small font size; this is to fit more content on the screen, as well as to encourage reading, rather than scanning of the text. As this is mainly written for my own benefit, rather than with a wider audience in mind, I don’t spend much time self-editing; if I were to write with the intention of drawing a crowd, I would be using more search-engine friendly headlines, write much shorter posts, broken up into shorter paragraphs, and a larger font size.

I aim to post something new here an absolute minimum of one entry a week.
